The staff and customer service were amazing. We sent in an inquiry and heard back the next day, Michael helped us every step of the way and was very easy to work with. They delivered the crate and the delivery men were amazing as well. Our bay door was a foot or two taller than their truck and they were quick to make it work. Thank you, Navis!

Last February I had a shipment that went to an art show in Telluride. My shipper backed out at the last minute and Navis stepped in and saved the day.
Recently I had a shipment of large paintings going to a gallery in So. California. Navis picked up the work for my house and packed it up for me. It was so easy. There was some problems with their staff and the shipment went out late.. my contact was in touch with me through the whole process and kept me in the loop. I could tell the problems were out of her control. She was very kind and sincere throughout the process. I will definitely use them again.

The service I received was above and beyond what one could expect. They were all so friendly and efficient. I was in a crunch to get my shipment packaged and shipped out over seas and they pulled through!! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them for my future shipments. If you're looking for good service, safe shipments of your belongings this is the place.

We used Navis for a furniture pickup in Portland that was to be shipped to Minnesota. They honored their quoted price when the weight ended up being more than originally guessed. They kept in contact throughout the process and were friendly and accommodating. I would definately use them again should the need arise.
