From the pickup to the crating to the delivery, Navis went above and beyond to ensure that this very large (9 ft long) and very heavy (250 lbs) antique mirror arrived in pristine condition. The crate was built beautifully and carefully wired to the pallet to remain upright for the entire 4,000 mile trip to avoid flexing the glass. The padding and custom framing were, themselves, works of art. I suspect that a dozen eggs could have been included in that crate and arrived none the worse for the trip. Everyone from customer service to prep to shipping was exceptionally professional and helpful.

They did everything they promised to do they did everything expected they would do and they went above and beyond with their communication it took only moments to get my package once I got there and it weighed 1600 lb that's impressive

Thank you for providing safe and careful transportation for the bookshelves my husband built for our daughter during his last few months with cancer. Our daughter reported that it arrived very carefully protected and looked great upon her closer inspection. The shippers were also able to adjust the delivery schedule when it was set at a time our daughter would be unable to receive the package; they provided short-term storage at no additional cost.

Everything went find except the address given for the receiving facility was incorrect. It was actually a mile away from the original address (which was not connected with Navis). It was sorted out, but correct information up front would have been better.
