I wanted to let you know that the pallet was delivered today. All seems to be in order - at least from the outside - we have yet to open the boxes.

However, I do want to let you know how impressed I was with the packing your team did. I would never have imagined getting it all on a single pallet, as you did, and the level of packaging was impressive - nothing was going to move internally, and unless someone put a fork through the cardboard, nothing from outside was going to hurt the contents. And I now have a stock of packing material that will last a long time! Please convey my thanks to your team. I’ll follow up when we’ve looked at the contents of the boxes, but I’ll be very surprised if there are any issues.

Shipping a crucifix was awkward and challenging and we worried about possible damage. We now have complete peace of mind that the crucifix will arrive at its destination intact and be returned to us in the same condition.
