From the pickup to the crating to the delivery, Navis went above and beyond to ensure that this very large (9 ft long) and very heavy (250 lbs) antique mirror arrived in pristine condition. The crate was built beautifully and carefully wired to the pallet to remain upright for the entire 4,000 mile trip to avoid flexing the glass. The padding and custom framing were, themselves, works of art. I suspect that a dozen eggs could have been included in that crate and arrived none the worse for the trip. Everyone from customer service to prep to shipping was exceptionally professional and helpful.
