The shipment was large and heavy and the delivery was more difficult than anyone had anticipated, but the right guys were on the job. They were professional, friendly and efficient and did an outstanding job with the difficulties presented to them.
I purchased a large sculpture at an auction in Chicago and needed it shipped to California. The piece was too large and heavy for services like the UPS Store. I emailed George and got an immediate response. He took care of everything and the sculpture arrived safely a few days later. I am very pleased with Navis Pack and Ship.

Navis Pack and Ship was charged with managing all of the pickup, packaging and shipment of a complicated set of items purchased during a plant closure auction. We had a total of 32 pallets containing a variety of difficult to handle and heavy items. Navis was responsive in communication, proactive in engaging solutions and fairly priced. I would not hesitate to contract work with Navis for future similar projects.
We used Navis to crate and arrange to ship an expensive museum quality picture. They did the most professional crating job and their customer service helped us pick a carrier that complied with our insurance company's requirements. It all went well and as anticipated. All good.
