I was a worried about shipping a large ornate antique glass sculpture and was willing to pay extra to get it to my destination in 1 piece given past experiences with other contractors who delivered items shattered in pieces .Navis followed my instructions to a T.

Your team was very careful with our things and very flexible as we packed for 3 parties and needed to keep things separated in order. Extra days needed to pack did not pose a problem and you were able to add a 2nd person on short notice as well as add a half day at the end. Thanks.
The packaging of the furniture was excellent and well protected. Unfortunately, there was two missing pieces to the canopy and it took 6 weeks to receive the shipment
The cedar chest arrived within the time frame expected, in it's original condition, and everyone on both ends of the process - from packing to unpacking and delivery and set-up were friendly, efficient, and professional. Navis moved several items of furniture and artwork for us to another site in town. The team members were careful, efficient, and thorough. When there was a problem with one of the pieces they worked patiently to resolve it so that it could be safely moved. We are very pleased with their service and enjoyed interacting with them.

They picked up and packed a 1977 Pin Ball machine in Columbus Ohio and shipped it to Phoenix Arizona. They did a GREAT JOB packing and crating the machine!!!
Would have preferred a inventory by marking the items at time of shipping to be able validate receipt at the destination.
For some reason boxes were damp which weakened the box integrity. Had water inside of some boxes . It was odd.
Josh was terrific as were his two assistance. They did a very nice job. The only reason I could not give an excellent rating was because the packing tape used was coming off the boxes. It was not staying on the boxes and keeping them sealed. We had to redo many boxes. I would look into another resource for packing tape.
Packed and coordinated shipment of estate items to three overseas destinations. Some confusion on the arriving end, but everything made it safe and sound.
We had no idea how to ship our framed painting, approximately 2' x 3'. Staff made us aware of options, and arranged to pick up the painting at our home. It was carefully wrapped for transport, and then packaged very effectively for mailing. The painting and frame arrived at destination with no damage.
