The following is a review of my experiences working with Navis. Moving is an emotional experience. It is even more so when one must downsize. How was I going to ship items to my daughter in the U.K?

Enter Navis Pack and Ship. Recommended to me by Gerine de Jong of Downsizing Divas, I dealt with Bernice Friedman who, with extraordinary patience, took me through all the forms and rules. The pick-up, including an Inuit sculpture from the restorer, went smoothly as did the safe arrival at my daughter’s house in Wales. She commented on the excellent packing. My children will use Navis when more things must go to the U.K. and Bernice will, I sincerely hope, look after them.

I could boast about my experience with Navis Pack & Ship in a three part essay but I will be brief. My wife is Canadian and we currently live in South Carolina, US. Her father passed away from cancer in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. We felt helpless because we could not return to Canada to gather his belongings and the man items she cherishes from her childhood.

I called Navis Pack & Ship and everything became a lot easier for my wife and me from there. Ray and Bernice are nothing short of amazing. High-quality business professionals at their finest. I cannot speak more highly of my experience.

Navis sent a crew to her dad’s condo in downtown Toronto, gathered all the belongings we asked them to, and took them to their warehouse to be palletized. From there I got a very detailed description of how to properly fill out the US Customs form and my items were packed and shipped. That simple.

Price was fair. The pallet arrived at my doorstep in approximately 5 days. Literally the most professional packing I have ever seen. Sturdy and clean. Everything was in pristine condition including a few valuable paintings.6-Stars.
