The San Antonio River Walk is a public park that is commonly known as “the jewel of the city” and is the number one tourist attraction in all of Texas. The River Walk is a network of walkways lined with individual businesses, restaurants, hotels, and other attractions along the banks of the San Antonio River in Texas.
The Holiday season is now in full-swing at The River Walk with several events for you and your family to enjoy together:
- Ford Holiday Boat Caroling - From November 26th - December 18th you can enjoy the caroling performances of over 185 school, church, company, and civic choral groups from the San Antonio area. They will bring their joyous sounds to the River Walk as they glide down the river on cruising boats. The caroling will take place from 6:30 - 9:30pm and is free to the public.
- Ford Caroling Nights With Santa - Starting December 1st and running through December 4th, your children will have the opportunity to take a picture with Santa on a decorated river barge. The River Walk will be lit up with beautiful Luminarias and carolers will provide entertainment for everyone. Click here for more information on the entertainment.
- Ford Fiesta De Las Luminarias - From December 1st - 18th, the River Walk will be lined with glowing candles in sand-filled bags to symbolize the path the Holy Family walked in Bethlehem. This holiday tradition begins at dusk Friday, Saturday & Sunday only.
