Navis Pack & Ship of Philadelphia recently went above and beyond to assist a customer shipping international to Singapore. Upon receiving a wire bonder machine purchased at a local auction, Navis Pack & Ship of Philadelphia noted that the machine was damaged, with three of the four feet on the machine broken off. Recognizing that this would create much instability for international shipping and not wanting to delay the customer's shipment by sending it back to the auction house, the location repaired the equipment on behalf of the delighted customer.
