Annapolis was founded in 1649, and though it is 2011, when you walk along the old brick sidewalks, the buildings will look very similar to what George Washington and Thomas Jefferson saw over 350 years ago! This city was once the capital of the United States and is home to the residences of all four of Maryland signers of the Declaration of Independence.
In a city rich with history, Annapolis offers several tours- just take your pick of the walking tours of the historic downtown area, including tours of the William Paca House & Garden. For more information or to make reservations, click here. You can also call HistoryQuest at 410-267-6656.

William Paca House and Garden - This destination is a must, no matter which tour you choose. All tours include an overview of the house’s history, its architect, and the families who lived at the site over the years.
