Ambleside Gallery, located in Greensboro, North Carolina, has a rich history dating back to 1982 when Ambleside Fine Arts was established in Machester England. It is a place “where beauty, vision and talent conspire to enhance the quality of life”.
In 1994, Ambleside Gallery opened in Grosse Pointe, Michigan; very recently, the business was moved to its current location in the heart of the historic south-side town of Greensboro, North Carolina. The gallery carries works in various media including: oil, watercolor, pastel, graphite, and mixed media, as well as a range of print media including: etching, lithography, woodcuts, and more. Fine sculpture works are also featured within the gallery.
All the art on display within the gallery are from artists in the United States, England, Europe, and Asia. In addition to selling beautiful works of art, Ambleside also offers custom framing services, restorations, appraisals, and in-home art consulting.
